Yes, Reclaim AI has a free plan. Reclaim's Lite plan is free forever for one user. It schedules focus time, habits, buffers and meetings around your calendar, but only one week ahead, with 2 connected calendars, 1 calendar sync, 1 scheduling link and a short list of integrations. Paid plans start at $10 a month per seat billed yearly, and students can get 50% off for 12 months.
What Reclaim's free Lite plan includes

- 1 user, free with no time limit
- 5 AI agents in total across Focus Time, Habits, Buffer Time, Smart Meetings and Meeting Quality
- 1-week scheduling range: Reclaim only plans tasks and habits seven days ahead
- 2 connected calendars and 1 calendar sync between them
- 1 scheduling link for booking meetings
- Tasks with scheduling recommendations
- 4 integrations: Google Tasks, Slack, Zoom and Google Meet
- Weekly productivity reports
Reclaim relaunched as "Reclaim 2.0" in 2026 and now counts free-plan limits as AI agents. Older help articles describe the free plan as 1 habit and 3 smart meetings, so you may see both descriptions online. The pricing page is the current source.
What you cannot do for free
- Schedule more than one week ahead. Starter extends this to 8 weeks and Business to 12.
- Connect Todoist, Asana, ClickUp, Jira or Linear. These task integrations need a paid plan.
- Sync more than two calendars, or create more than one scheduling link.
- Add teammates. Lite is a single-user plan.
For one person juggling a work and a personal Google calendar, Lite is genuinely useful. It starts to feel tight when you plan further than a week, manage tasks in another app, or need separate booking links for different meeting types.

Enterprise costs $22 per seat a month on yearly billing and adds SSO and SCIM. Reclaim's own pages describe the annual saving as 20% or 29%, but the listed prices work out to about 17%, so compare the dollar figures.
Ways to pay less if you upgrade

- Students and educators: 50% off any plan except Enterprise for up to 12 months. Apply with a school email address.
- Nonprofits: 20% off for 3 years for 501(c)(3) organizations or the international equivalent.
- Startups: 20% off for 3 years with at least 2 seats, fewer than 100 employees, under $10 million raised and less than 5 years old.
- Switching from Clockwise, Motion or Calendly: 20% off for 6 months.
- Try before paying: every new account gets a 14-day trial of paid features, then drops back to Lite automatically if you do not upgrade.
Reclaim's pricing page also shows a 30% new-user banner on Starter and Business. It is labeled "today only", but treat it as a bonus rather than a reason to rush. Current offers are listed on our Reclaim.ai deals page.
Is Reclaim AI free? FAQ
Is Reclaim AI free forever?
Yes. The Lite plan is free forever for a single user, with the limits listed above.
What happens when the Reclaim free trial ends?
Your account moves back to Lite automatically. If you are using more than Lite allows, Reclaim gives you a 28-day period before the limits apply, and you are never charged unless you choose to upgrade.
Does Reclaim's free plan work with Outlook?
Reclaim supports both Google Calendar and Outlook. Check the plan comparison on Reclaim's pricing page for which features apply to Outlook on the free plan.
Is Reclaim worth paying for?
If you plan more than a week ahead or manage tasks in Todoist, Asana or similar tools, Starter at $10 a month is the upgrade that matters. Reclaim scores 4.8 out of 5 on G2, with most complaints about the lack of a mobile app and occasional sync issues. Reclaim has been part of Dropbox since 2024.
The free plan is the best test: start Reclaim's Lite plan for free, connect your calendar, and see how much of your week it can plan on its own.
