Who this is for: Companies whose staff work in or travel to Bolt's markets: about 50 countries, mostly in Europe and Africa, plus places such as the UAE, Malaysia, New Zealand and Mexico. Bolt lists no cities in the United States or Canada, so it is not for US-only teams; it fits US companies with an office or frequent trips abroad.

Bolt for Business is the company account for Bolt, the Estonian ride-hailing and mobility app. Admins manage work rides, Bolt Food meals, Bolt Drive car sharing and, in select territories, scooters and e-bikes from one dashboard, with spending limits, expense codes and exportable reports. Ride Booker books guest rides up to 90 days ahead, and ride coupons can be sent to clients. Bolt says it has 4.5 million driver partners across 50 countries.
| Cost item | Bolt for Business | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Account setup | Free | No sign-up or subscription fees |
| Rides and orders | Local Bolt price | Basic, XL or Premium rides; you pay what your team uses |
| Service fee | Per business trip, not published | Charged monthly on card accounts, or shown on the monthly invoice |
| Work Profile | Free | Personal app profile that emails a ride receipt to an address you choose |
| Postpaid billing | No extra fee listed | Monthly credit limit and one invoice, payable by the 15th |
Bolt does not publish a business price list, because ride prices depend on the city and vehicle type. Statements arrive by the 3rd of each month. Bolt Food orders are not included on monthly invoices; restaurants issue those invoices.
Small teams can start with credit card billing: each ride is charged to one company card and no credit check is needed. Larger companies that prefer one monthly invoice can ask for postpaid billing by giving Bolt their registration and tax ID numbers; Bolt reviews the request and sets a credit limit. Solo founders can use the free Work Profile for receipts.
Bolt for Business is worth it for companies with staff in Bolt cities who want work rides, guest transport and team meals on one bill without expense claims. The trade-offs: the per-trip service fee is not published, prices vary by city, client coupons need eligibility, and coverage excludes the US and Canada.

We found no public Bolt for Business promo code as of October 2026. Bolt's support center says promo codes can be added in the business portal under Billing, Promotions, and that each promotion has its own validity period, discount cap and trip limit. The verified saving is the free account.
No. Bolt's locations page lists about 50 countries across Europe, Africa, Asia, Oceania and Latin America, including Mexico, but no cities in the United States or Canada. US companies can still use it for staff based in, or travelling to, Bolt cities such as London, Berlin or Warsaw.
There are no sign-up or subscription fees. You pay the normal Bolt price for each ride or order, plus a service fee for each trip made with the business payment method. Bolt does not publish the fee amount; it is charged monthly for card accounts and shown on invoices for postpaid accounts.
Choose credit card billing, where each ride is charged to the company card with no credit check, or postpaid billing, where you get a monthly credit limit and one invoice to pay by the 15th of the month. Statements arrive by the 3rd day of each month.
Yes, once your company is eligible: postpaid companies need an active credit limit, and card-billing companies must first complete and pay for a certain number of orders. Coupons can be shared with employees or outside guests, but they do not work for scheduled rides or Ride Booker orders.
Bolt asks for the admin's name, email and phone number, the company's legal name, country of registration, legal invoice address, number of employees, a unique invoice email, the official company registration code and a VAT code if the company is VAT liable.
