CallRail is a call tracking and lead intelligence platform for small businesses and marketing agencies. It gives each ad, campaign or channel its own tracking number, then attributes every call and text back to the source that drove it, with call recording, routing, transcription and AI analysis. Higher plans add form tracking with a custom form builder and multi-touch cost-per-lead reports, and Premium Conversation Intelligence with call summaries, sentiment analysis, automatic conversion tagging and coaching tools. CallRail is available in the United States, Canada, the UK and Australia.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | You save per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead Tracking | $55/mo | $50/mo | $60 (9%) |
| Lead Tracking Complete | $105/mo | $95/mo | $120 (10%) |
| Lead Conversion | $165/mo | $150/mo | $180 (9%) |
| Lead Conversion Complete | $215/mo | $195/mo | $240 (9%) |
Every plan includes 5 local numbers, 250 local minutes (with transcription) and 25 texts a month; texts are available after the trial. The Complete plans add 1,000 form submissions, and the Lead Conversion plans add 10,000 analysis minutes. Extra usage is billed on top of the base fee: $3 per extra local number, $0.06 per local minute, $5 per toll-free number, $0.08 per toll-free minute, $0.03 per text, $0.02 per form submission and $0.05 per analysis minute. On yearly billing, the base fee for 12 months is due upfront, and usage is billed monthly.
Lead Tracking fits a business that mainly gets leads by phone and wants to know which ads make the phone ring. Lead Tracking Complete adds form tracking and multi-touch cost-per-lead reports, so it suits businesses whose leads arrive through both calls and web forms. Lead Conversion adds Premium Conversation Intelligence for teams that want call summaries, sentiment and coaching. Lead Conversion Complete combines all of it. CallRail's AI receptionist, Voice Assist, is a separate add-on that starts at $95 a month on top of Lead Tracking.
CallRail is worth it if phone calls are a major lead source and you need to prove which campaigns produce them, especially for agencies that report results to clients. The trade-offs: the base plans include modest usage (250 minutes, 25 texts), overage charges are not refundable, and the yearly discount is smaller than many SaaS tools offer.
CallTrackingMetrics and WhatConverts are other call tracking platforms built for marketers and agencies. If you need a full business phone system rather than attribution, a VoIP tool such as Calilio or RingCentral is the closer fit.
We read each plan's monthly and yearly price, included usage, add-on rates, Voice Assist pricing, trial terms and billing rules on CallRail's US pricing page and its FAQ, switching between the yearly and monthly views. The savings column is our own calculation from those prices. We list no promo code because CallRail does not publish one.
We have not found a public CallRail coupon code on callrail.com as of October 2026. The verified saving is yearly billing, which CallRail says saves up to 10%.
On yearly billing, Lead Tracking is $50 a month, Lead Tracking Complete $95, Lead Conversion $150 and Lead Conversion Complete $195. Billed monthly, the same plans cost $55, $105, $165 and $215, plus any extra usage.

Each plan includes 5 local numbers, 250 local minutes with transcription and 25 texts a month, plus call and text tracking and attribution, call recording and routing, call transcription and analysis, and automation rules.
CallRail keeps tracking your leads, but extra minutes and numbers are billed on top of your base fee. CallRail says these additional fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Voice Assist, CallRail's AI voice assistant, starts at $95 a month and requires Lead Tracking, which starts at an additional $55. After 50 Voice Assist calls over 15 seconds, each call costs $1.
