Sendcloud is shipping software for ecommerce stores. It imports orders from over 100 shop systems, marketplaces, WMS and ERPs, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and eBay, then lets you compare couriers, print labels and packing slips, send tracking emails, SMS and WhatsApp messages, and run a branded return portal. You can ship with Sendcloud's pre-negotiated rates or upload your own courier contract on paid plans, with access to 170+ couriers. Sendcloud fully supports shipping from Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the United Kingdom to destinations worldwide.
| Plan (labels/month) | Billed monthly | Billed yearly (per month) | You save per year |

| Growth (1,000) | €109 + €0.11/label | €87 + €0.09/label | €264 |
| Premium (10,000) | €219 + €0.08/label | €175 + €0.08/label | €528 |

Savings cover the subscription fee only and are our own calculation; on Lite and Growth the yearly label fee is also €0.02 lower. Labels above your monthly limit cost an extra €0.15 each, label fees are non-refundable, and paid plans have no setup fee. Courier postage is extra: for example, PostNL Standaard starts at €7.20 on Free and €6.60 on Premium. Prices are listed in euros only; we found no US-dollar pricing.
The Free plan suits a new store sending a handful of parcels, with one user and up to two shop integrations. Lite adds your own carrier contracts, 3 users and 400 labels a month. Growth adds a branded tracking page and return portal, multi-language notifications and phone support for up to 1,000 labels. Premium, Sendcloud's top pick, adds advanced returns, analytics and white-label branding for up to 10,000 labels. Pro adds cross-border partnerships and a Customer Success Manager.
Sendcloud is worth it for European online stores that want one tool for labels, tracking and returns across many couriers. The trade-offs: it is not built for merchants shipping from the United States, label fees and overage charges add up at volume, yearly plans cannot be modified before they end, and trials renew automatically.
US-based sellers usually look at ShipStation, Shippo or EasyPost, which focus on US carriers. Within Europe, Packlink is another multi-carrier option.
We read both the monthly and yearly price of every plan, label fees, limits and the FAQ on Sendcloud's pricing page, and the trial, renewal and cancellation answers in its help center. Savings are our own calculation. We list no promo code because Sendcloud does not publish one.
We found no public Sendcloud coupon code as of October 2026. The verified saving is yearly billing at 20% off: Growth drops from €109 to €87 a month and Premium from €219 to €175.
Sendcloud says it fully supports shipping from 8 European countries, plus 5 more with a direct courier contract, to destinations worldwide. The United States is not on that list and we found no US pricing page, so US brands should consider it only for stock held in Europe.
Yes. Sendcloud says you can use it for free, forever, paying only for each shipping label you generate. The Free plan uses Sendcloud's own shipping rates, so you cannot add your own courier contract, and it has a limited set of features.
Yes. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial and no credit card. After the trial your plan renews automatically unless you deactivate it, and Sendcloud sends several reminders before the trial ends.
Billed monthly, Lite is €35, Growth €109, Premium €219 and Pro €799 a month. Billed yearly, they cost €28, €87, €175 and €639 a month. Each plan also charges a label fee from €0.07 to €0.12 per label.
In your Sendcloud panel go to Account, then Subscription, click Switch to the Free plan, tick the box and click Deactivate. A monthly plan stays active until the end of the month; a yearly plan stays active until the end of its one-year term.
Sendcloud's help center says label fees are non-refundable, even for cancelled labels. Yearly plans are invoiced for a full year when the trial ends and cannot be modified before the end of the term, so start monthly if you are unsure.
