Housecall Pro is field service management software for home service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, landscaping and handyman companies. It handles online booking, scheduling and dispatch, estimates, invoicing, payments and consumer financing, a price book, review management and KPI reporting, with free iOS and Android apps in English and Spanish. Higher plans add sales proposals, membership plans, job costing, pipeline, route optimization and an open API. Housecall Pro says 200,000+ Pros use it, and the site is operated by Codefied Inc.

Housecall Pro is worth it for US home service companies that want one app for booking, dispatch, invoicing and payments, with no long-term contract and a no-card trial. The trade-offs: prices are tailored rather than fully published, team plans cost far more than solo plans, payment processing and many add-ons are extra, and cancelling requires a phone call with the account owner.
