What is ABC Trainerize?
ABC Trainerize is an online coaching app for personal trainers, coaches, gyms and studios. Coaches build workouts with an AI Workout Builder and master programs, track client meals, macros and habits, message clients in-app and run challenges, while clients use free iOS and Android apps that sync with Garmin, Withings, Fitbit and MyFitnessPal. Business tools add appointments, classes, session packs and payments, and Studio plans include a white-labelled branded app and API access. All prices are in US dollars.

- Use the 30-day trial. The trial includes unlimited clients and no credit card, and it reverts to the free plan instead of charging you.
- Coach your first client free. The Basic plan is free forever for one coaching client.
- Get nutrition coaching cheaper on small plans. Advanced Nutrition Coaching costs $20 a month on Grow, Pro 5 and Pro 15, versus $45 on Pro 30 to Pro 200.
- Add Basic clients at no cost. Basic clients who only book and buy do not count against your plan limit on paid plans.
Which ABC Trainerize plan should you choose?
New coaches can start on Basic with one client, then move to Grow for two clients, custom programs, meal and macro tracking and wearable integrations. Pro fits coaches with 5 to 200 clients and adds custom exercise videos, welcome emails, consultation forms and challenges; pick the seat tier closest to your active client count. Studio Plus suits gyms with 500+ members that need a white-labelled app, group video calls, prospect booking and API access.
Is ABC Trainerize worth it?
ABC Trainerize is worth it for US personal trainers and studios that want a polished client app and simple, published pricing. The trade-offs: the annual saving is only 10%, add-ons can double the cost of a small Pro plan, branded apps on Pro carry a setup fee, and Trainerize gives no refunds for unused time, so use the trial before paying for a year.
