RocketReach is a contact-finding platform for sales, recruiting and marketing teams. You search for a person or company and it returns verified work and personal email addresses, phone numbers and social profiles from a database of more than 700 million professionals. Higher plans add company data such as technographics, news and org charts, plus Autopilot outreach and CRM integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach and Bullhorn. It is used by sales reps building prospect lists and recruiters sourcing candidates.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed annually | You save per year | Data included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $69/mo | $33/mo ($399/yr) | $429 (52%) | Emails only |
| Pro | $119/mo | $75/mo ($899/yr) | $529 (37%) | Emails and phone numbers |
| Ultimate | $209/mo | $142/mo ($1,699/yr) | $809 (32%) | Emails, phones, automation |
Monthly plans come with a lookup allowance (100 a month on Essentials, 250 on Pro), while annual plans advertise unlimited verified emails. Custom team plans start at about $6,000 a year. A lookup is only used when RocketReach finds and verifies an email or phone; otherwise it is refunded.
Essentials suits anyone doing email outreach only. Pro is the best value for reps who also call prospects, since it adds mobile and direct numbers plus CRM integrations. Ultimate fits teams that need higher export limits and more automation. Recruiting and larger teams should compare a custom team plan.
RocketReach is worth it if you regularly need verified contact details and will use them every month, especially on annual billing where the discount is large. It is less suitable for occasional use, because refunds are not offered once you subscribe. Always test the free lookups on contacts in your own market before paying.
Apollo.io combines a contact database with outreach tools. ZoomInfo targets enterprises with larger budgets. FullEnrich takes a different approach, checking many data sources and charging only for contacts it finds.
We read each plan on RocketReach's pricing page with both the annual and monthly toggles, and took the free lookup and cancellation terms from its pricing FAQ. Savings are our own calculations from those prices. We list no code because RocketReach does not publish one.
RocketReach is free to sign up for, and a free account includes 3 lookups with no credit card required. That is enough to check data quality on a few contacts. For regular use you need a paid plan, which starts with Essentials for email-only lookups.
We have not found a public RocketReach coupon code on its own site as of October 2026. The verified savings are annual billing, which cuts between 32% and 52% off depending on the plan, and a 5% saving when you add a second seat.
On monthly billing RocketReach costs $69 for Essentials, $119 for Pro and $209 for Ultimate. Billed annually, the same plans cost $399, $899 and $1,699 a year, which works out to about $33, $75 and $142 a month.
Essentials saves $429 a year (52%), Pro saves $529 (37%) and Ultimate saves $809 (32%) compared with paying monthly for twelve months. Annual plans are paid upfront for the full year.
RocketReach's terms say you will not receive refunds when you cancel a subscription. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the next term and you keep access until the paid period ends.
RocketReach only uses a lookup when it finds and verifies an email or phone number. If a search returns nothing verified, the lookup is refunded to your balance, so failed searches do not use up your allowance.
